Andrzej Podsiadło - Member of the board BAAK Structured Finance

Andrzej Podisało has Ph.D. in economics, with over 30 years of experience in banking and financial institutions.

As the President of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy (1995-2002), he led its development, significantly strengthening its market position.

As the President of PKO BP (2002-2006), he carried out the restructuring and modernization process of the bank.

He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pekao S.A., the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TUiR Warta SA, and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy. He was a member of the supervisory boards of publicly traded companies - Wielton SA and JWConstruction SA. From 2003 to 2007, he held the position of Vice President of the Polish Bank Association.
